Matraman Civil Service Attracts Surakarta City Administration

The effort of Matraman Sub Districts in improving service to public seemed attracts Surakarta city administration, Central Java to share experience and sharing knowledge regarding the city program. One of the programs is night integrated service (PTMH).

The visit is aimed to learn how the program works in Matraman Sub-District

The ranks of Surakarta’s officials visited to Matraman Sub- Districts which comprised of 51 urban villages heads, 5 Sub-Districts, government assistance as well as committee A chairman of Surakarta council.

The visit is aimed to learn how the program works in Matraman Sub-District,” said Surakarta Government Assistance, Ramadhan.

He hoped, both of headmens and working unit in Surakarta city administration could take knowledge and strategy of East Jakarta City Administration, precisely, in Matraman Sub-District.

The government Assistance of East Jakarta, Adriansyah expressed city has applied one stop integrated service (PTSP) for the sake of improving public service. “Through the program, all the permission matter could be resolved quickly,” he said.

Matraman Sub-District, Hari Nugroho stated his party has applied night integrated service to improve public service. “Through the service, citizen could taken care of the document administration at the night,” he disclosed.
